I have installed and tried the software, but unfortunately it did not function at all for me. I tried installing it on a WinXP Pro system, and nada. But Pls do not take this as a complaint. I'm positive the reasons for it not functioning for me has to with manually defined provs to the admin accnt for additional security reasons that I had implemented yrs ago. I now forget which setting I had modified to be honest.

As I mentioned, I'm positive your software functions as claimed. Unfortunately, I do not have much time to dedicate to sorting this issue out on my own, and I'm not expecting anyone to freely help me sort it, so I have saved the file for futur usage if I should ever need to reformat that said machine, and I would still like to try it out on a freshly installed system. But other than these security restrictions I implemented ages ago on that system it is incredibly stable and I do not forsee needed a reformat anytime soon.. :(

I'll admit a little help would be apreciated, altho I'm not expecting any.. Just thought I'd still pass along that the program I downloaded from you looks very interesting and very promissing. Should I get myself an extra machine on which I could install it on I will positively try it. Cheers and great work.

with vista

Had some problem initially with windows Vista- but after driver update
for the ethernet, the server worked fine. Also needed to make some changes in windows firewall, to let through the ports for ftp and http.

works as advertised

I didn't try it as a webserver as I wasn't sure if it would work with php. I have windows vista home premium and it seemed to work fine for an ftp server. I have not had a chance to extensivly test it, but it works as advertised so far... slight issues when I had more than 1 user account, but I am thinking that could be settings on my part not it's.
